Regularly changing your Online/Mobile Banking password is a smart way to keep your account secure. You can also change your login ID, which can be helpful in case you used the same ID or password on a website that has experienced a data breach.
How do I change my password?
1. After logging into Online Banking, click "Settings/Mobile" on the toolbar

2. In the "Modify Login Information" section, enter your current password, then your new password

What are the password requirements?
- Minimum of 10 characters, maximum of 20 characters
- Must have at least one lower case letter and one upper case letter
- Must have at least one number
- Must have at least one special character
- Special characters that are allowed: ! " # $ % & ( ) * + , - / ; < > = ? [ ] \ ^ _ ` { } |
- Cannot match or include your Online Banking ID
3. Click "Submit" to save your new password
